Post Toasties is an American breakfast cereal. It is a brand of corn flakes and the chief brand rival to Kellogg's Corn Flakes, the original brand of this product.
Post Toasties used to be called Elijah's Manna until angry clergyman protested the name. So it was then that Post decided to rename it Post Toasties.
Post Toasties are named for their originator, C. W. Post, a one-time employee of John Harvey Kellogg who later broke with him and founded his own cereal company. The brand is now owned by Kraft Foods.
